The6YardBox.com is a website that allows users to create their own profiles and upload their own content onto the website. This content can be in the form of an article, debate, image, link, quiz or comment, or ANY content appearing as a direct consequence of a user's actions.

You will be responsible for all activities occurring under your username, for the content you upload and for keeping your password secure. You understand and agree that the Service is provided to you on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis.

The6YardBox.com disclaims all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the Service or any other client software. The6YardBox.com also reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service with or without notice at any time and without any liability to you.

You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use the Service. The6YardBox.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without notice for any reason.

      bestiality.

      against child pornography, and we will terminate and report to the
      appropriate authorities any user who publishes or distributes
      child pornography.

HATEFUL CONTENT: Users may not publish material that promotes hate toward groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity.

VIOLENT CONTENT: Users may not publish direct threats of violence against any person or group of people.

PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION: We do not allow the unauthorized publishing of people's private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, Social Security Numbers, and driver's and other license numbers.

IMPERSONATION: We do not allow impersonation of others through our services in a manner that is intended to or does mislead or confuse others.

UNLAWFUL USE OF SERVICES: Our products and services should not be used for unlawful purposes or for promotion of dangerous and illegal activities. Your account may be terminated and you may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

SPAM, MALICIOUS CODES AND VIRUSES: We do not allow spamming or transmitting malware and viruses. We do not allow messages who's purpose is to advertise or promote a third party product or service.

PYRAMID SCHEMES: We do not allow messages that promote pyramid schemes, chain letters or disruptive commercial messages or advertisements.

* 3. Proper Use *

You agree that you are responsible for your own use of the Service, for any posts you make, and for any consequences thereof.

You agree that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations, including any laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using the Service, you will not:

    * restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the

    * use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
    * remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights

    * interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks
      connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures,

    * use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other
      device to retrieve or index any portion of the Service or collect
      information about users for any unauthorized purpose;
    * submit content that falsely expresses or implies that such content
      is sponsored or endorsed by Big Internet Group;
    * create user accounts by automated means or under false or
      fraudulent pretenses;
    * promote or provide instructional information about illegal
      activities or promote physical harm or injury against any group or
      individual; or
    * transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items
      of a destructive nature.

International users agree to comply with their own local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content, including laws regulating the export of data to the United States or your country of residence.

Violation of any of the foregoing may result in immediate termination of this Agreement, and may subject you to state and federal penalties and other legal consequences.

The6YardBox.com reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to investigate your use of the Service in order to (a) determine whether a violation of the Agreement has occurred or (b) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

Much of the content of The6YardBox.com - including the contents of specific postings - is provided by and is the responsibility of the person or people who made such postings. The6YardBox.com team does not completely monitor the content of The6YardBox.com and takes no responsibility for such content. 
Instead, The6YardBox.com provides access to such content as a service to you and will monitor the website occasionally for maintenance and to keep it updated.

By their very nature, The6YardBox.com may carry offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate material, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive. The6YardBox.com will not be responsible or liable for the exercise or non-exercise of its rights under this Agreement.

* 7. Intellectual Property Rights of The6YardBox.com *

The6YardBox.com's Intellectual Property Rights. You acknowledge that The6YardBox.com owns all right, title and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, or create derivative works from the Service. Unless expressly authorized in writing by The6YardBox.com, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes (a) any portion of the Service, (b) use of the Service, or (c) access to the Service.

* 10. Publicity *

Any use of The6YardBox.com's trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features ("Brand Features"), including "The 6 Yard Box" and "The6YardBox.com" must be in compliance with this Agreement and in compliance with The6YardBox.com�s then current Brand Features use guidelines, and any content contained or referenced therein.

* 11. Representations and Warranties *

You represent and warrant that: (a) all of the information provided by you to The6YardBox.com to participate in the Service is correct and current; and (b) you have all necessary right, power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the acts required of you hereunder.

* 12. Termination; Suspension *

The6YardBox.com may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, terminate the Service, terminate this Agreement, or suspend or terminate your account. In the event of termination, your account will be disabled and you may not be granted access to your account or any files or other content contained in your account although residual copies of information may remain in our system for some time for back-up purposes. Sections 3, 4, 6 - 9, and
11 - 16 of the Agreement, along with applicable provisions of the general Terms of Service (including the section regarding limitation of liability), shall survive expiration or termination.

* 13. Indemnification *

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify The6YardBox.com, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any third-party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Service, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, The6YardBox.com will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action.

* 14. Entire Agreement *

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and The6YardBox.com and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and The6YardBox.com. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other The6YardBox.com services, affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software.

* 15. Waiver and Severability of Terms *

The failure of The6YardBox.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.

* 16. Statute of Limitations *

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising of or related to use of The6YardBox.com  services or the Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

* 17. Choice of Law; Jurisdiction; Forum *

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United kingdom, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your country of residence. Any claims, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection with the website will be brought solely in United Kingdom, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

* 18. Copyright Information *

It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
